Rite Plan Annual Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Policy Statement:

Rite Plan is an annual membership plan designed to offer comprehensive coverage and benefits to our patients. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines regarding the annual renewal and cancellation of Rite Plan memberships.

  1. Renewal Process:
  2. Rite Plan memberships will automatically renew on their anniversary date for another year unless the patient explicitly cancels prior to the renewal date.
  3. Prior to the renewal date, patients will receive notification reminding them of the upcoming renewal and their option to cancel to avoid membership charges.

 

  1. Cancellation Procedure:
  2. Patients who wish to cancel their Rite Plan membership must do so before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal and subsequent membership charges.
  3. Patients must cancel their plan online by login into their account and cancelling prior to renewal date.

 

  1. Automatic Renewal:
  2. If the patient fails to cancel their Rite Plan membership before the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew for another year.
  3. Automatic renewal will result in the continuation of coverage under Rite Plan for the subsequent year, and membership charges will be applied accordingly.

 

  1. Refund Policy:
  2. Rite Plan does not offer refunds for memberships that have been automatically renewed.
  3. Once the membership is renewed, the patient is responsible for the membership charges for the entire renewal period.
